Our goal for our in-season athletes is to continue to get them stronger while keeping them fresh and ready for game day. We still use our “Block System” when programming for these athletes but take into mind their game and practice schedule. Our athletes will finish their respective seasons stronger than when they started. Most other athletes who discontinue training once their sport begins will end the season weaker and slower than when they started.
