Our Conjugate Combo packages allow for complete customization to address an athlete’s needs throughout the year while applying multiple approaches to holistic performance training with multiple Max Effort and OverSpeed sessions during the week. Combine 1-3 OverSpeed sessions per week with 1-3 Max Effort sessions per week based on an athlete’s individual performance needs.
SRP Conjugate Combo 2.1 and 1.2
Combine two days per week of Max Effort with one day per week of OverSpeed or vice versa. This program is ideal for competitive and in-season schedule training.
SRP Conjugate Combo 3.2 and 2.3
Combine three days per week of Max Effort with two days per week of OverSpeed or vice versa. This program is ideal for offseason/summer training.
